I am Szilvia László
Officially an economist, HR and OD consultant, coach, founder of Adaptedge Consulting… privately a lifestyle changer, avid traveller, a sportsperson, good friend, wife, mother, pet owner… and generally speaking, I’m an incurable idealist.
Since 2006, I have been working with people and organizations. During this time, I have gained insights into the operations of numerous companies in the banking sector, energy sector, retail, and manufacturing sectors. I am comfortable navigating both the world of multinational corporations and domestic SMEs. I have extensive experience in designing and implementing HR and organizational development processes for companies of various sizes and cultures. From the beginning, supporting and developing middle and senior managers, managing key personnel, and career management for young talents have been integral parts of my work. Throughout my career, I have also faced the challenges of career building and becoming a leader. I examine organizations from the human side. I love to develop, build, and support, both at the individual and organizational levels. That’s why I chose a career in HR, and this enthusiasm led me to HR consultancy, organizational development and coaching, all of which I practice with passion and dedication.
