We believe that the power of the group can multiply the individual’s developmental potential. In group coaching, using the Action Learning method, we provide an opportunity for collective processing of individual challenges, problems, and obstacles. Group members learn together and from each other by working on real problems and reflecting on their own experiences. Action Learning is nothing but learning through action in a controlled environment.
