Through customized application of team coaching, we can create a sense of “real team”, enhance problem-solving and communication, facilitate experiential learning, develop personal and group-level competencies, raise awareness of individual and team resources, and increase inspiration, motivation, and commitment. The focus of team coaching is on collectively addressing the current issues or challenges present in the team’s life.
