Our coaching practice is based on an integrative approach, which combines various coaching methods and tools tailored to individual needs. Some of our key methodological knowledge includes the GROW model, Nonviolent Communication, Solution Focus, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt coaching, and the Process Communication Model.

- Career coaching: We assist our clients in developing their careers by mapping out their opportunities, identifying their strengths, pinpointing areas for development, and creating development and career plans.
- Life coaching: We help our clients develop their self-awareness, recognize their needs, overcome obstacles, define their goals, and achieve them.
